I'm Andy Wilson, a strategic business consultant and founder of The Bright Fig, based in Connecticut. Before this, I worked at Apple and hold several certifications from IBM and Google.

I started this newsletter because I kept having the same conversation. Smart leaders, good organizations, getting stuck because the strategy wasn't clear, the operations weren't aligned, or no one was willing to say the hard thing out loud.
